Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method for the refund credit. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, please refer to the "Late or Missing Refunds" section below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us for prepaid return shipping instructions.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically appear within one billing cycle.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

If you've checked with your financial institution and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please have your order number and payment details ready when contacting us about missing refunds.
